We have a 3 year old in our house!!! = )

Three years ago today, I was sitting in an Austin hospital anticipating Ms. Kennedy's arrival. Never did I imagine the joy and happiness that she has brought our family. Her looks and personality just make me laugh and smile. Kennedy keeps me on my toes with her ability to le
arn everything. Now, she learns on her own terms. When I try to force her to do anything (potty training, learning colors, putting on clothes, etc) then she rebels. She truly is Brian's and my pride and joy. She is growing so quickly and looking back on her pics from 3 years ago it is hard to imagine her at 9 lbs. 1 oz. She was so big for a newborn, but so small compared to now. We have so many hopes and dreams for our sweet angel. My biggest hope is just that she learns to love the Lord and to be joyful.
Today has been an excellent day! Brian's boss gave him the day off work, so we spent the day as a family. Kennedy was in charge of the day. Once she woke up she wanted to take the dogs for a walk. We headed out for a jog with Missy, and Brian put the b-day present together. Once we got cleaned up, we went to the bowling alley on base for lunch. I offered an Italian restaurant, Chinese, subway, pizza, etc, but we ate bowling alley. Dance class sign ups were next. She has been asking for dance classes for months now, and I thought for sure there would be a waiting list. There is no waiting list; we will be starting class next week! Jess and Jacob came over for dinner and the opening of some presents. Kennedy enjoyed all her presents. Thank you family for remembering Kennedy on her special day.
